Coco Rocha who is one of the most sought after models of our time and a personal friend, has a heart of gold. A few months ago she told me over lunch in the West Village with her husband James about a personal project that she wanted my help with. Coco had designed a collection of jewelry for an organization called Senhoa.

Senhoa supports victims of human trafficking by providing income generating opportunities, social reintegration and programs for self development. Senhoa currently has 3 core programs in Cambodia to aid the rescue, rehabilitation and education of young women sold into slavery.

Coco was hoping I could photograph her and a few of her friends for the campaign. Of course I was delighted to donate my studio and shoot the Coco Rocha for Senhoa campaign. Nothing gets me more excited than creating images that sell hope and opportunity.

I called in my team and we shot both video and stills at Studio NB working into the night shooting the legendary Iman, Caroline Trentini and the lovely Coco Rocha. So now you know exactly what to ask for this holiday season!

100% of the proceeds from the proceeds of the sale of these individually handcrafted jewels go directly to fund Senhoa’s community development programs.
