Get Low!

Last week was chock-a-block with activities, including one of my favorite events, the movie screenings put on by the Cinema Society. As luck would have it, I was invited to the screening of a fabulous new film called ‘Get Low.’ It’s a Sony Pictures Classics flick directed by Aaron Schneider starring Robert Duvall, Sissy Spacek and Bill Murray. The event itself was sponsored by none other than the NEX-5, my favorite new camera that I haven’t put down in a month. In fact, I took mine with me to the show! Simply put, this film is everything I love in a classic – incredible acting with a simple, yet poignant storyline that relies on the true abilities of all involved rather than the post-production wonders of digital manipulation. It made me both cry and laugh out loud – GO SEE IT!

My girls and I love the pictures you take we watch ANTM almost everyday on reruns. Alexis and Randilyn, my daughters were crowned Miss Southern California for each or their age division, I know we cannot afford you but for photogenic competition it would be so wonderful if you can take their picture. Well we could dream right? We think you are great, read your biography and you have a wonderful family!
