“A Sealed Fate?” screening…

Last night we had a very grand screening of “A Sealed Fate?” at a Lowes Theatre on the upper Eastside. It was a fundraiser so tickets were $25.00 and we had 250 guests. All the producers from America’s Next Top Model showed up with super model and fellow judge Paulina Porizkova to lend their support. The event was very generously hosted by the artist Peter Max and his wife Mary to are avid HSUS supporters. Other notable attendees were Dr John Grandy, Pat Ragan, Rebecca Aldworth, Coralie Charriol Paul and Sharon Patrick. It was fun and a little scary to see our film on the big screen but more importantly it really seemed to move our audience. Many were in tears and even smiles and laughter were heard in parts of the film. We wrapped up with a Q&A at the end. Look out for our next screening!

I really did cringe when I read the reports regarding the baby seals…
many years ago when we first arrived in Canada [in the 60s] there was such an outrage when this was reported..however, after all these years .. [its been over 40] the gruesome killings of these beautiful pups still goes on..
Its terrible to think how many of these baby seals have been slaughtered..
I do hope that finally something can be done to help..
