American Photo L.A.

So after submitting our Moon Warriors story to AP, David Schonauer, the Editor in Chief of American Photo Magazine asked me whether I would shoot an exclusive cover shot for them too. I was of course very honored but it came with a catch, I had to shoot the cover and be in the photo. I first submitted some shots of me that we have for promotional purposes but they really wanted to have a shot with me and models….. so I of course obliged……. I decided to shoot a spoof cover getting my inspiration from my favorite Fashion icon resource “James Bond” ! So what do you think

I love it! Daniel Craig better watch his back. ;o)
I love the black and white one! I’m so jealous of those women lol.
By the way, in case Nigel himself actually reads this, I was one of the (many) people who begged you for a photo after the Academy of Art University’s show on Sept. 5th at Bryant Park. Just wanted to say thanks, even though it came out extremely blurry
lol
Nice. Too bad you didn’t use a vintage version of 007, like Dr. No with the down the gun barrel shot. However, no women in that one!
oooooo i just got through reading the article and looking at all the pictures! That was really awesome…i was wondering…do you ever do tours or anything in the new york studio? It would be so kewl to watch some top photographers at work!
