Down Under

Arhhh Season 8 I can finally talk about it! That confidentiality
agreement is a killer!! Well as you know we went to Sydney,
Australia. It was my second time shooting there and I love the
Aussies. But what I don’t like is heights…… That being said our
ANTM Producers had the brilliant idea of me shooting Jaslene and
Dionne at the top of Sydney Harbour Bridge!!!!! Well Marcus (my right
hand man and photo producer for Studio NB) scouted the location the
day before. This was to find our best vantage points and to see if I
could do it. When I arrived at the bridge I saw a plaque on the wall
claiming that among the thousands of people every year that climb the
bridge a 90 year old lady had done it……. I had to conquer my
fear. You know I actually quite enjoyed it and feel much better about
heights now. The view was amazing and it was good to know I could get
over a fear that had tormented me my whole life.
We also got to visit a zoo outside of Sydney and yes I saw a Koala
(not a bear by the way!) a kangaroo and a Kookaburra……….

Nigel~ Absolutely beautiful pictures. My 6 year old daughter loved the kangaroo picture. As usual Great Job!
I am unbleivably jealous of you. Sydney, Australia is the one place I would love to visit. I am studying professional photography in college right now so hopefully I am as lucky as you.
